This Privacy Policy explains how Aligned Solution Enterprises LLC, doing business as You Define Success ("You Define Success," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our websites, take an assessment such as the Business Gut Check, book a session, join a program, or communicate with us by email or text message.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, take a quiz, book a call, register for a program or event, or contact us, we collect what you provide. That can include your name, email address, phone number, business details, and your answers to quiz or intake questions.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processors. We don't store full card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our sites, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. We use cookies and similar tools to keep our sites working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Deliver your quiz results, sessions, programs, and anything else you request
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Send you emails you've signed up for, including follow-up after an assessment
• Send text messages you've agreed to receive (see "Text messaging" below)
• Process payments and keep business records
• Answer your questions and provide support
• Improve our websites, programs, and content
• Meet our legal obligations

Email communications

When you take one of our assessments or sign up on one of our pages, we'll send you the results or materials you asked for, along with occasional emails from Jen. Every marketing email includes a link to manage your preferences. You can opt out of a single category, such as Business Gut Check follow-up, tips and newsletter, Built & Launched program news, or events, workshops and summits, while still receiving the others. You can also unsubscribe from all marketing email at any time. We honor opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days.

Even after you unsubscribe from marketing email, we may still send you transactional messages, such as booking confirmations, receipts, and messages about a program you've purchased.

Text messaging

If you give us your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, we may text you about appointments, programs, events, and updates from You Define Success. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers who help us deliver text messages, and only for that purpose.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only in these situations:

• Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as our CRM and email and text platform, payment processors, scheduling and video meeting tools, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of You Define Success, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner, who will remain bound by this policy for information collected under it.
• With your permission. Any other sharing happens only if you ask us to or agree to it.

How long we keep information

We keep your information as long as you're a subscriber, client, or contact, and as long as we need it for business, tax, and legal purposes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can:

• Update your email preferences or unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email
• Stop text messages by replying STOP
• Ask us what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your personal information
• Turn off cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as a result

Depending on where you live, including California and Oregon, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, email us at the address below. We'll verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

Our websites and services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Our sites may link to websites we don't control. This policy doesn't cover those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know by email or on our site.
